Terms of sale
Terms of sale
Version of 14 October 2026.
This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the French version prevails: Conditions générales de vente.
These terms govern the sale of paid access to Runcon, an online service that analyses GPX courses for running, available at runcon.app/app. They apply as soon as you buy annual access. The contract is concluded in French, and the French version of these terms is the binding one.
1. Publisher identity and contact
The service is published and operated by:
- Name: Camille Collet, entrepreneur individuel (EI) (French sole trader) — trading name: Runcon App
- Legal status: sole proprietorship under the French micro-entreprise scheme, registered with the registre national des entreprises (RNE), the French national business register, on 22 September 2026
- SIREN number: 130 404 890 — SIRET: 130 404 890 00019
- Registered address: 75017 Paris, France
- Director of publication: Camille Collet
The identity of the hosting providers is given in the legal notice.
Contact: contact@runcon.app. This is also where you send requests to delete your account and data.
2. What access includes, price and duration
Annual access gives you unlimited analysis of your GPX files: profile coloured by effort, sections, course fact sheet, estimated finish time and split times, map, pre-race briefing, My races, course comparison and post-race reviews. There is only one plan, and it includes every feature.
Before any payment, the first three analyses uploaded to an account are free, complete and unrestricted.
- Price: €28.00 for one year.
- VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI) (“TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI”). The price shown is therefore the total price to pay: there is no VAT and there are no additional fees.
- Duration: one year from payment, or from your current expiry date if you extend before it is reached (article 3).
- No automatic renewal: nothing is charged at expiry (article 3).
Payment is made in a single instalment, using the methods offered on the payment page, on a page hosted by our payment provider Stripe. No bank details pass through Runcon and none are stored by it. You are asked for a billing address at the time of payment: it is used to determine the country of consumption and to issue your invoice, and for nothing else. An invoice is issued for every purchase; you can find it in the app under Profile → My subscription → “My invoices”.
14-day money-back guarantee
For fourteen (14) days after your purchase, you can ask for a full refund, without giving any reason. Simply write to contact@runcon.app from your account's email address. The refund is made to the payment method used, and the year of access paid for by that purchase is withdrawn at that point. If you had extended before your expiry date, the access you had already paid for is kept.
Sales are open throughout the European Union: no country is excluded. The VAT exemption statement above is the one that applies today; if the applicable tax regime were to change, these terms and the displayed price would be rewritten before any new sale.
3. Duration and end of access
Access lasts one year from payment — or from your current expiry date if you extend before it is reached — and ends there. It does not renew: nothing is charged at expiry, and there is nothing for you to cancel. The exact expiry date is shown in the app under Profile → My subscription (“Active until…”).
You can extend whenever you like, from My subscription → “Extend”: the year you buy is added to your current expiry date, so you never lose a day. We normally send you an email reminder about a month before expiry. This reminder is a courtesy: the date that counts is the one shown in “My subscription”.
The price of a new purchase is the price in force on the day of that purchase, as displayed before payment. A price change never affects a purchase that has already been paid for.
At expiry, your account, your courses and your analyses are kept; beyond the three free analyses, analyses simply become blurred again until a new purchase.
4. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation), access to analyses starts immediately after payment. By ticking the box provided for this purpose on the payment page, you request this immediate start and expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal. This box is mandatory, and the date of your waiver is recorded on your account. When you pay in English, the text displayed next to the box is:
“By ticking this box, you accept the terms of sale and ask for your access to start immediately. You expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal (art. L. 221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code). Your access lasts one year and does not renew: nothing will be charged at expiry.”
When you pay in French, it is:
« En cochant cette case, tu acceptes les conditions générales de vente et tu demandes que ton accès s'ouvre immédiatement. Tu renonces expressément à ton droit de rétractation de 14 jours (art. L. 221-28, 13° du code de la consommation). Ton accès dure un an et ne se reconduit pas : rien ne sera prélevé à l'échéance. »
However, Runcon guarantees you a full refund for 14 days from your purchase, without giving any reason (see article 2).
5. Refunds
Apart from the 14-day guarantee in article 2, no refund is owed. A refund may still be granted as a goodwill gesture, on written request to contact@runcon.app, and is then decided case by case.
What happens in practice, depending on the gesture granted:
- Full refund: the year of access paid for by that purchase is withdrawn immediately — it does not run until expiry. If you have bought several years in advance, only one year is withdrawn and the rest of your access continues. Your courses, your analyses and your account are not deleted; they simply become subject to the free account limit again.
- Partial refund: this is a goodwill gesture and nothing more. Your access continues as normal until its expiry date.
Analyses already carried out and any items unlocked individually remain yours in all cases.
6. Complaints, consumer mediation, governing law
Any complaint should first be sent to contact@runcon.app. We will reply.
Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation) gives you the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, and requires the trader to designate one.
The designated consumer mediator is the CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice:
- CM2C, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France
- www.cm2c.net — online referral: cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php
Using the mediator is free for you, and you may refer a dispute to it once you have first tried to resolve it directly with us through a written complaint. Doing so does not deprive you of any other right, in particular the right to bring the matter before the competent court.
For a cross-border dispute within the European Union, the European Consumer Centre France (Centre européen des consommateurs France) is also available to you: europe-consommateurs.eu.
Governing law: French law. You keep the benefit of the mandatory protective provisions of the country of your habitual residence in the European Union.
7. Personal data
How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy, also available in the app (Profile → Privacy policy). You can ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time by writing to contact@runcon.app. Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund of the current period.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed. The version in force is the one published on this page (in French), whose last update date is shown just below. A price change never applies to a purchase that has already been paid for (article 3). Every previous version is kept; if you need the one that was online on a given date, write to us at contact@runcon.app and we will send it to you.
