Information required by article 1-1 of French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), for the website runcon.app and the app it serves at runcon.app/app.
Publisher
The website and the app are published by a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle), registered on 22 September 2026 with the registre national des entreprises (RNE), the French national business register kept by INPI.
- Name: Camille Collet, entrepreneur individuel (EI) — trading name: Runcon App. The “EI” suffix is part of the name: article L. 526-22 of the French Commercial Code (code de commerce) requires a sole trader's name to be followed by this statement.
- Legal status: sole proprietorship under the French micro-entreprise scheme; unregulated independent professional activity, APE code 5829C (application software publishing).

Intellectual property
The Runcon name, the website, the app, their texts, their visual identity and the code that runs them are protected. Any reproduction or reuse without permission is prohibited. Your GPX files and your analyses belong to you: they are not sold, transferred or used for any purpose other than providing the service to you.
Maps
The base maps are not made by Runcon. They come from IGN (the French
National Institute of Geographic and Forest Information, via data.geopf.fr)
for a large part of mainland France, and from Mapbox everywhere else.
What these providers can see is described in detail in the
privacy policy.
Liability
Runcon is provided with care, but without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access to the website or the app may be temporarily suspended for technical or maintenance reasons.
The analyses produced from your GPX files (elevation, gradients, estimated times…) are an aid to preparation: they do not replace your own judgement on the ground, the organisers' instructions or medical advice. Runcon cannot be held liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of these analyses.
Keep your original GPX files: Runcon is not their only custodian.
The base maps (IGN, Mapbox) and links to third-party websites are the responsibility of their respective publishers; Runcon is not responsible for their content or availability.
Nothing in this notice limits the rights you have under the French Consumer Code (code de la consommation).
Governing law
This legal notice is governed by French law. If there is a problem, please write first to contact@runcon.app. For a dispute relating to your subscription, you can refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator designated in the terms of sale (CM2C), or to the competent French courts.
